Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking a Hydraulic Fracturing Equipment Operator to perform basic procedures on site, rig up and rig down, and operate sand silos as needed.

You will operate and maintain equipment, follow HSE policies, and work shifts including days or nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior oilfield experience and clear communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year oilfield experience preferred.
• Clear communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking English preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions promptly and accurately.
• Able to operate and maintain assigned equipment during a 12+ hour shift including days/nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to perform duties safely in all weather conditions.
• Must work closely with others under time-sensitive deadlines, including emergencies.
• Must be physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, climb ladders or stairs.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 80 pounds occasionally.

Job Summary

The Hydraulic Fracturing Equipment Operator performs basic procedures on site, performs rig up and rig down, maintains equipment, and operates sand silos as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform maintenance on the equipment used at each job location
• Connect and disconnect pump trucks from iron pipes
• Operate and maintain the fluid ends
• Operate sand silos to control the amount of sand loaded into the hopper as needed
• Perform pump maintenance such as packing pumps and swapping seats and valves
• Responsible for maintaining grease levels on equipment to prevent failure
• Perform basic rig up and rig down
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, Job Safety Analysis, and always utilizing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Other duties as assigned
