• Provides guidance to entry-level engineers and supports environmental assessments for highway projects.
• Collaborates with teams and uses CAD to prepare drawings and plans.
• Participates in site visits to collect data and assess conditions.
• Assists in developing project specs and coordinating with regulatory agencies.
