Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Hybris Architect to lead complex e-commerce integrations and system design across multiple projects.

You will partner with business stakeholders, define architectures, guide technical teams, and drive end-to-end delivery using Hybris Multichannel, Java/J2EE, Spring, and Solr.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a track record of delivering scalable, high-availability solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Three years of progressive experience can be substituted for every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience leading architectural discussions with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hybris architecture and technical design across ecommerce projects.
• Guide teams of architects/tech leads on core solutions and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into scalable architectures.
• Drive independent architectural initiatives and contribute to thought leadership.

Job Title : Hybris

Duration : Full/Permanent

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in hybris development with at least 2 full lifecycle Ecommerce implementations.
• At least 2 years of experience in Hybris Multichannel e-commerce Suite, Apache SOLR, Hybris Data hub, JAVA J2EE, Spring, SQL
• At least 4 years of experience working with business & client on technical issues and requirements and provide solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience converting the requirements into technical architecture and design At least 3 years of experience creating logical, system, physical architecture & design
• At least 3 years of experience in project execution
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point
• Have lead a team of architects / Technical leads and guide them on Technical aspects At least 2hybris Ecommerce implementations on Technical aspects
• Ability to guide Client on Ecommerce Roadmap and provide technical solutions for their business needs. Analytical skills
• At least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams
