You will troubleshoot, benchmark, and optimize yeast manufacturing processes while supporting tech transfers with global R&D teams to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of industrial biotech processes including fermentation.
• Experience in project management and capital projects.
• Ability to collaborate across locations and functions.
• Financial analysis and cost improvement mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and proactive technical support for H&B manufacturing processes.
• Benchmark and optimize internal and external manufacturing operations.
• Assess yeast manufacturing performance including quality and cost analysis.
• Support product launches and tech transfers with global R&D teams.
• Monitor process performance, efficiency and cost metrics.
• Develop techno-economic evaluations for manufacturing improvements and CAPEX projects.
• Contribute to global Manufacturing Technology initiatives.
• Evaluate assets and capabilities to support business needs.
