Qualifications

• Four-year degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
• 2+ years of paralegal experience preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage case files with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open and close files and organize case documents.
• Review bills and prepare letters to clients, insured, and commissions.
• Log mail and docket deadlines in the case management system.
• Coordinate IMEs and request medical records; follow up as needed.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to change.
