Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing workers' compensation claims to determine exposure and appropriate resolution.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with the claimant and client.
• Reporting claims to the excess carrier and responding to directions professionally and promptly.
