Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field with 3 years of Workday integration experience.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Strong knowledge of Workday data model, HR and payroll processes, and data formats XML/JSON.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations for data
• Create and maintain integration documentation and data mappings.
• Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure reliable data transfer.
• Work with XML, JSON, CSV and flat files.
• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Support testing phases including unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
