Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides Workday (Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, Payroll) system support and solutions.
• First-line support for HR system users: answer questions, resolve issues, escalate as needed.
• Performs data integrity checks, process testing, and security testing.
• Maintains documentation of configurations, change logs, and backup/restore procedures.
• Collaborates with vendors and other system administrators for integrations and updates.
• Develops customized reports and ensures data integrity, privacy, and compliance.
