Job summary

Performance Consulting Group is scaling its technology platform across TX and seeks a Web Designer to join a hybrid team in El Paso. The role carries responsibility for meaningful projects, with a compensation range of $65,000–$100,000 and a culture focused on rapid shipping.

The candidate will work on Azure-based systems, integrate GraphQL/UI tooling, and contribute to a robust Python subsystem while enjoying comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Azure experience demonstrated on projects and whiteboard scenarios.
• Proficient in GraphQL and Webpack.
• Hands-on Webpack and .NET Core side projects; strong debugging and optimization skills.
• Willingness to relocate to El Paso, TX, or work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Spike an Adaptability proof of concept quickly to support a yes-or-no decision.
• Pull the TX region's Angular stack out before migration deadline.
• Monitor system health and set up production alerts.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and tasks.
• Ensure code quality via linting, tests, and static analysis.
• Own the Python subsystem relied upon by other teams.
• Backfill Python test coverage in risky code areas.
• Lead Azure incident postmortems to prevent outages in El Paso.
