Job summary

UPS is hiring for a Warehouse Worker / Cover Driver in Maryland (Frederick area). The role starts with warehouse duties and can transition to cover driving as business needs evolve, including seasonal shifts and rotation between roles.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 70 lbs, operating UPS vehicles, delivering and picking up packages, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required).
• Satisfactory driving history.
• Pass the DOT physical.
• Pass UPS driver test.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse responsibilities: load/unload packages, sort/move packages, work 3.5–5 hours per day, Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat.
• Cover Driver responsibilities: operate UPS vehicles, deliver/pick up packages, customer service, outdoor/indoor work, follow driver standards.
