Job summary

Bain & Company, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Operations professional to join the Technology Services Group, overseeing exposure management and remediation across a large global environment.

You will deploy and manage Qualys VMDR, Wiz, and Tanium, set remediation SLAs, and work with IT and cloud teams to drive risk-based actions. You will mentor analysts, coordinate with threat intel, and develop dashboards to track vulnerability exposure, remediation progress, and SLA adherence, while communicating

Qualifications

• Experience in vulnerability management, exposure management, or security operations.
• Understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle and SLA governance.
• Hands-on with Qualys VMDR, Wiz and Tanium including deployment and reporting.
• Experience contributing to CTEM programs including discovery, prioritization, and mobilization.

Responsibilities

• Operate and administer core exposure management tools (Qualys VMDR, Wiz, Tanium).
• Establish and enforce remediation SLAs across IT, infrastructure, cloud and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with threat intel teams to connect emerging threats with internal findings.
• Develop automated dashboards and reporting on vulnerability exposure and SLA adherence.
• Mentor junior analysts and set standards for triage and reporting.
• Provide recommendations on secure configurations and overall vulnerability program maturity.
