You will define target state for zero trust, identity, data protection and cloud security, partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Information Security. In this hybrid role you will lead the Lead Security Architect, applying AI-forward approaches with tools like Claude Code to design secure, scalable solutions and ensure audit-ready controls for

Qualifications

• 15+ years in security architecture at a tech firm or financial institution.
• Proven experience with AI-forward security and agentic tools daily.
• Strong executive presence with ability to discuss technical and risk topics with CISO/auditors.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise security target architecture and roadmaps for zero trust, IAM, network segmentation, encryption and data protection.
• Own AI and agentic security standards: identity, tool permissions, prompt-injection controls, data-provenance, audit-ready logging.
• Hands-on use of AI coding agents to speed security architecture work: threat modeling, policy-as-code, reference implementations.
• Lead security architecture reviews for major initiatives and third-party platforms.
• Translate regulatory expectations (SEC, FINRA, GLBA, NIST CSF/AI RMF) into standards and controls.
• Collaborate with Information Security and executive teams on strategy and communications.
• Keep external view of threat landscape and AI-security research.
