Job summary

iCrossing, a Hearst-backed marketing and technology partner, seeks a Visual Designer on a temporary basis to join the Experience Design & Content Solutions practice in Chicago. You will design enterprise-scale digital experiences, translate strategy into design systems, and collaborate with UX, strategy, and technology teams to deliver impactful work.

You'll explore AI-assisted workflows, contribute to proposals, and help evolve our design processes while delivering scalable and accessible

Qualifications

Strong visual and interface design principles.
Experience creating scalable, accessible, and system-driven solutions.
Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Design user interfaces, digital experiences, and design system components that support user needs and client goals.
Collaborate closely with UX, strategy, and technology teams to ensure design solutions are informed by customer insights and feasibility.
Contribute to enterprise design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across products.
Create and refine design deliverables—concepts, layouts, prototypes, and presentations.
