Aerotek is seeking a Decal Installer in Fargo, ND. This contract-to-hire role focuses on installing vinyl wraps, graphics, and decals across various surfaces with precision, working with design and production teams to deliver top-quality results.

Responsibilities include surface prep, accurate interpretation of layouts, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in shop and field environments. The position offers a hybrid work setup and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of vinyl wrap and graphic installation experience.
Proven experience installing vehicle wraps, decals, and other vinyl graphics on a variety of surfaces.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to read measurements accurately and follow design specifications and layouts.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with design, production, and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Install vinyl wraps, graphics, and decals on vehicles, walls, windows, floors, and other surfaces with precision.
Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning and ensuring proper adhesion conditions.
Collaborate with design and production teams to execute customer specifications.
Maintain quality standards and meet timelines.
Inspect completed work and make corrections as needed.
Use hand tools and power tools safely during tasks.
Keep workspace clean, safe, and organized.
