ProMedia, a dynamic Direct Response advertising agency in Miami, FL, seeks a Video & Visual Production Specialist to join our Creative team. You will produce high-quality commercials, promos, and digital content for broadcast, streaming, and social platforms, balancing on-camera work with in-editing and post-production in a professional studio.

We value hands-on production, collaboration, and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Qualifications

• Experienced Production Professional: Several years in video production, editing, and studio environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Professional experience shooting in green screen studio environments.
• Experience with studio lighting, camera operation, audio recording, and soundstage production.
• Strong understanding of post-production workflows and media management.
• Experience producing content for broadcast television, streaming, digital, and social media.
• Experience in television production or local broadcast is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create polished video and visual advertising assets for commercials, promos, and social campaigns.
• Shoot and support green screen studio productions on-site, including camera, lighting, audio, and talent setup.
• Produce platform-ready deliverables for broadcast, streaming, digital, and social media.
• Create and adapt graphics, titles, and motion graphics as part of editing.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance production workflows and visuals.
• Maintain organized project files, version control, and assets.
• Perform detailed quality control for technical accuracy and production excellence.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and account teams to deliver exceptional work.
