Job summary

Citizens Financial seeks a Third Party Risk Analyst to manage vendor issues and conduct Third Party Assessments. You will interface with business leaders and vendors to assess risk and review controls, proposing action plans to mitigate gaps in the vendor environment.

The role requires evaluating vendor controls, applying regulatory frameworks, leading risk assessments, and preparing reports for diverse audiences. Travel within the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate program requirements independently.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills to identify inherent and residual risks.
• Experience in financial services: Risk, Audit, Compliance, Cyber or Third-Party Risk.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating third party vendors' control infrastructure effectiveness and obtaining evidence of controls.
• Applying audit, security, and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, GLBA, SOX, PCI, HIPAA, FFIEC).
• Assisting in GRC program design, process improvements, and tool implementations.
• Leading current and continual risk assessments and producing risk metrics.
• Collaborating with business leaders to facilitate risk analysis and define responsibilities.
• Maintaining enterprise risk exception processes for noncompliance.
• Supporting regulatory exam preparation and remediation.
• Producing Third Party Vendor Assessment reports for diverse audiences.
• Translating security risk and communicating with business partners.
• Travel within the United States is required.
