Responsibilities

Deliver UX design against the Ecommerce Roadmap with briefs, prototypes, and handoff docs.
Ensure end-to-end customer journeys across discovery, exploration, and checkout.
Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to gain design buy-in.
Drive design decisions from user insights and business needs.
Maintain mobile-first, responsive designs and align with brand guidelines.
Participate in critiques and incorporate leadership feedback.
Maintain UX design system files in Figma and support developer handoff.
Perform UAT and translate findings into UX improvements.
