Pedernales Electric Cooperative seeks a Real Estate Specialist to support land and real estate activities for electric utility projects, including property acquisitions, easement management, and rights-of-way coordination. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years utility/energy sector experience in land/real estate.
• Knowledge of eminent domain and right-of-way processes.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and acquire substation property and easements.
• Research property records, title documents and legal descriptions.
• Coordinate with property owners and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare acquisition documents and land/ easement agreements.
• Maintain PEC's real estate records and databases.
• Support project budgeting and long-term asset planning.
• Assist with city/county meetings and regulatory coordination.
