Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction tasks and interpret drawings.
• Review plans and prepare a checklist of contract features for sub-contractor approvals.
• Assist with project budget creation and tracking.
• Assist with project schedule creation and updating.
• Assist with material and equipment procurement.
• Prepare Plan of The Day reports for clients as needed.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and daily/weekly reporting.
• Support safety compliance and company policies.
