You will perform property and casualty policy audits to ensure adherence to state regulations and company guidelines, while supporting data analytics and process improvements. In this role you will collaborate with Underwriting management, develop training materials, and help implement new guidelines and training programs to strengthen risk controls across our

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underwriting experience with a commercial carrier.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of state laws and regulations regarding insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits on property and casualty policies to ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Analyze risk selection, adherence to underwriting guidelines, rating accuracy, data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Compile audit results and review with Underwriting management; identify causal factors and develop action plans.
• Develop training materials and conduct training to support guideline and process improvements.
