Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree by start date or equivalent.
  • Experience providing administrative support in university/academic settings.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organized record-keeping.
  • Experience with student information systems or MedHub/Blackboard.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate clerkship scheduling and resolve conflicts while ensuring curricular compliance.
  • Manage registration, schedule changes, grade processing, and academic records.
  • Oversee onboarding requirements, clearances, and documentation for clinical sites.
  • Coordinate communications among faculty, clerkship directors, and SMHS offices.
  • Support exam logistics, proctoring, and evaluation data collection.
  • Assist with data management and accreditation readiness across programs.
