Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Paralegal to support two partners in the Los Angeles area. The role requires familiarity with California estate planning, trust and probate laws, and the preparation of estate and gift tax returns.

This hybrid position offers two in-office days per week in Irvine or Century City and a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus benefits. CA Paralegal certificate is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Trust and Estate paralegal in California.
• CA Paralegal certificate required.
• Ability to eFile, complete 706, 709s, and work independently in trust, probates and estates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate probate court filings and recordings, including research and familiarity with local rules
• Prepare probate administration paperwork, including petitions, orders, etc.
• Assist with trust administration tasks
• Communicate with clients and professional advisors relating to coordination and gathering of information
• Prepare gift tax and estate tax returns.
• Prepare draft accountings in conformity with California Probate Code
• Prepare basic Estate Planning documents and assist with process through document signing
