Job summary

Bridgestone Americas in Nashville, TN seeks a Treasury Manager to lead treasury projects and support liquidity planning. This hybrid role requires coordinating with Finance, Tax, Legal, and IT to implement treasury solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in corporate treasury, strong cash management experience, and proficiency with ERP/TMS systems and advanced financial modeling. Hybrid schedule includes in-office Tue/Wed/Thu at the Nashville HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or professional certification preferred (CTP, CFA, etc.).
• 6+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• Experience with cash management, banking operations, liquidity management, forecasting, and Treasury operations & systems.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, TMS, payment platforms, and banking technologies.
• Advanced financial modeling (Excel and reporting tools), analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Treasury lead for enterprise projects and strategic initiatives.
• Consult with business units on Treasury implications of new products, markets, and changes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Technology to develop Treasury solutions.
• Manage Treasury project plans, milestones, and resources.
• Lead initiatives around cash visibility and liquidity management.
• Prepare Treasury analyses and present updates to management.
