Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a dedicated Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury Services team in New York City. The role focuses on asset, liability and liquidity management and requires collaboration with client service teams and various internal groups.

Based in a hybrid NYC office, you will compile cash projections, monitor liquidity, and prepare reports for senior leadership while upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism in a fast-paced financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline preferred.
• 2-3+ years of relevant work experience in financial services is a plus.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Asset, Liability and Liquidity Management.
• Compile and monitor client cash projections to inform liquidity decisions.
• Analyze client cash activities and identify trends in cash flows.
• Maintain awareness of principal deposit exposure and ensure investments align with policies.
• Gather and assess client and market activity to inform management decisions.
• Identify issues requiring immediate attention, even if not clearly defined.
• Track and report asset, liability, and liquidity metrics.
• Engage with bank counterparties to manage liquidity investments.
• Prepare reports of cash balances, investment performance, and risk positions for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Investor Services and Operations to understand client cash movements.
• Communicate any asset, liability, and liquidity needs to Treasury management.
