Quinn, an Interluxe Group Company, is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead travel/hospitality PR in New York. You will guide integrated communications strategies, supervise a three-person team, and collaborate with strategists, creatives, and data specialists to deliver elegant campaigns with measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic storytelling, client growth, and media engagement, with hybrid work in New York and travel as needed to drive results.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years’ work experience in travel/hotel/hospitality PR; agency experience is required.
• Minimum three years in a supervisory capacity managing at least 2 junior team members.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client strategy and oversee a team of three across hospitality accounts.
• Provide strategic direction to clients and team; ensure deliverables meet goals.
• Maintain relationships through meetings, travel, events and reports.
• Oversee work of account executives to ensure high quality results and coaching.
• Develop media results, crisis support, and influencer partnerships as needed.
• Identify stories, edit press materials, and coordinate campaigns.
