Gannett Fleming, Inc. is seeking a CTA Oversight Project Manager in the Chicago area. This hybrid role requires onsite attendance at the client in downtown Chicago on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Join our transit & rail team to shape the future of transportation, manage scopes, schedules, and budgets, and implement quality procedures. The role emphasizes collaboration across departments and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 10 years’ experience delivering transit projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing delivery of transit projects from inception through completion with focus on scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.
• Collaborate across disciplines to document project scope and develop task orders.
• Develop consultant task orders for design and CM services.
• Provide procurement support and front-end documents as needed.
• Advise management using project data and lessons learned.
• Drive program-level deliverables and initiatives.
• Monitor schedules, cost versus contract requirements.
• Review design/construction changes for scope and cost validity.
• Lead improvements and standardization of contracts and task orders.
• Coordinate across departments and conduct multi-group meetings.
