Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking an experienced Trading Analytics Developer to join our Quant Trading team in New York. You will bridge high-performance trading systems with modern AI platforms, building scalable data engines and AI workflows for analytics and decision making.

You will design batch/stream pipelines, optimize data models, and implement robust monitoring for data quality and pipeline reliability, while aligning with our AI platform strategy and crypto trading goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years production experience with Python and Java.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, data structures, algorithms.
• Expertise with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience with large-scale financial datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate high throughput data pipelines using Kafka, Flink, and ETL technologies.
• Develop analytics models for time-series, financial metrics, and trading activity.
• Build internal AI platforms and reusable AI tooling including RAG pipelines and prompt management.
• Create and maintain agent systems and dashboards for trading analytics.
