Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex trademark and copyright litigation, including trial work.
• Provide strategy, enforcement, risk management, and media law compliance counseling.
• Assist in investigating, prosecuting, and defending against advertising and unfair competition claims.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery responses, and manage trial preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts on case strategies.
