Job summary

ESM Prep in Miami seeks experienced educators to support students with SAT/ACT test prep and high school academic tutoring. Tutors act as mentors, mainly serving Miami Beach and Coconut Grove students, with a flexible schedule and potential for in-person work.

Base rate is $60–$70 per hour, plus a $10 per hour bonus for in-person sessions. Opportunities for training, roster expansion, and a pathway to full-time based on performance are available.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or tutoring AP-level Math/Science, SAT/ACT Test Prep, or both.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Available for part-time, consistent placement throughout the full school year or longer.
• Weekday evenings (after 3:00 PM) and/or weekends; Sunday availability required.
• Experience with ACT/SAT prep is a major asset.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one for college readiness, AP exams, and SAT/ACT prep.
• Mentor students through their high school academic journey and personal growth.
