Job summary

Grant Thornton LLP is seeking a Technology Transformation Associate to support advisory and implementation services across client organizations. You'll work alongside senior executives and peers as part of the engagement team while learning new skills and building lasting relationships.

From day one, you are empowered with resources and support to help clients achieve their vision, while developing leadership capabilities through the firm's hybrid model and regular mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and GPA requirements as stated.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work additional hours.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of client engagements across industries.
• Develop professionally by staying current with technology trends.
• Assist leadership with proposals and presentations.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize findings.
• Communicate effectively with senior audiences.
• Analyze client capabilities and processes to identify opportunities for change.
