Qualifications

• Advanced technical expertise to address maintenance and asset reliability challenges.
• Seven years of mining or manufacturing maintenance/operations experience, including project management.
• Certifications in non-destructive testing and vibration analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to satisfy safety and policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on maintenance and reliability of industrial equipment and assets.
• Audit repair activities with external providers to ensure quality and FMI rebuild specs.
• Conduct field assessments of preservation programs to protect critical assets.
• Lead FAT at OEM facilities to verify equipment quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and vendors to optimize reliability and availability.
• Analyze failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement in rebuilt and new equipment.
