CapTech is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to partner with business and technical teams, shaping complex solutions from discovery through delivery. You’ll translate business needs into precise requirements, support data modeling and integrations, and help ensure scalable, maintainable results across client engagements.

The role blends business acumen with technology, welcoming ambiguity and a consultant mindset. A hybrid client-site schedule includes regular onsite visits weekly.

Qualifications

• 3-10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar IT delivery role.
• Experience in client-facing advisory work and multi-system implementations.
• Ability to write and refine requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define complex solutions with business and technical stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle.
• Translate objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Support data modeling, API/integration requirements, and system workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Lead requirements walkthroughs, traceability, and test coordination including UAT.
