Job summary

Edward Jones’ Tailored Branch Support team is seeking a Team Leader to oversee approximately 20 associates who assist branch teams and clients via phone and written inquiries. You will drive performance, develop talent, and maintain strong stakeholder partnerships in a regulated environment.

The role requires a Current Series 7 license, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 3+ years of management experience in financial services or 2+ years of financial services leadership plus 3+

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 license is required (SIE and Series 7 Top Off).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years' management experience in financial services industry or 2+ years financial services experience along with 3+ years of non-industry specific leadership experience or successful completion of Leadership Development course required.
• Coaching and developing associates.
• Industry knowledge on specific products, processes, and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand process and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team by setting goals, driving performance, and fostering a culture of trust, engagement, and accountability.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent through coaching, feedback, performance management, and partnership with HR and Recruiting.
• Align team efforts to department and division priorities by managing projects, initiatives, and change effectively.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, advocating for branch teams and enhancing the client experience.
• Manage client and branch escalations and ensure timely, effective resolution.
• Operate with sound business judgment in a risk‑sensitive environment, anticipating issues and implementing solutions.
• Support and deliver department and firm initiatives, including transformation efforts, process improvements, and talent development strategies that enhance branch support operations and client experience.
