Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Master’s preferred.
• CPA designation with an active CPA license.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
• Strong background and understanding of pass through entity structures and a general understanding of corporate taxation.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems for middle‑market clients in industries such as manufacturing, real estate, professional services, and high net worth individuals.
• Manage engagements and providing knowledgeable review of complex returns.
