Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Enrolled Agent certification preferred but not necessary.
• Two+ years of client service experience in financial services, tax, or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor annual distribution of tax organizers and service agreements to Clients.
• Track incoming tax documents via client portal, secure email, mail, and front desk drop-off.
• Review, organize, and file Client documents with accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow up with Clients on missing or unusable items and unsupported file formats.
• Use tax software to assist data entry of tax information.
• Schedule in-person document organization meetings during Jan–Mar and staff calendar accordingly.
• Support Tax Team inbox and direct client questions to the appropriate team member.
• Reconcile Client tax documentation against drafted returns prior to reviewer sign-off.
• Assist with signature collection, delivery of completed returns, and post-filing follow-up.
