Job summary

Workforce Solutions partners with leading CPA firms across the United States to connect them with top talent in public accounting. The role focuses on tax seniors and managers who oversee client relationships while ensuring timely delivery of annual tax products and monthly financial work.

Key duties include preparing payroll, tax and business records, and corporate/individual tax returns. CPA certification is highly desired; CCH ProSystem experience is a plus, with training provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar public accounting role.
• Experience with agriculture industry tax returns is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is highly desired or equivalent work experience.
• CPA certification is highly desired or attainable.
• Experience with CCH ProSystem preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships while ensuring tax products and monthly financial work are delivered on time.
• Prepare payroll, tax, and business records and reports.
• Prepare corporate and individual tax returns.
• Build and strengthen client relationships with basic knowledge of clients' businesses.
• Communicate with clients and provide recommendations for financial or tax needs.
