You’ll work with a diverse client base including local businesses and high-profile individuals, taking a lead role in tax planning, review, and advisory services.

The role offers a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with opportunities to supervise staff, mentor juniors, and influence client decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of tax prep and review experience with various entities.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent).
• Masters in tax or accounting preferred.
• CPA is not required but highly appreciated.
• High level of tax skills, organization, and analytical skills.
• Work in a tight deadline environment.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and with management to serve clients across multiple industries.
• Advise clients on tax issues, planning, research and compliance.
• Prepare and review tax returns for C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships and Trusts.
• Collaborate with key clients for business advisory and tax decisions.
• Supervise and train junior tax personnel.
• Support local business events and networking to foster relationships.
