Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA license or EA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and sign tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Work with tax team on planning and special projects.
• Seek maximum tax benefits for clients.
• Develop solutions and communicate with engagement team and client.
• Manage client relationships and add value to services.
• Participate in business development.
• Assist with client billings to reflect work performed.
• Supervise and delegate to Associate and Senior Associate staff.
• Provide mentoring and training in tax department.
• Attend training, professional development, and networking events.
