Qualifications

• At least three years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience.
• Experience recruiting for behavioral health, crisis response, healthcare, or 24/7 services preferred.
• Ability to recruit licensed, clinical, direct-service, high-volume roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines via job boards, social networks, colleges, and outreach.
• Create inclusive job postings and maintain data in ATS/HRIS.
• Provide timely follow-up and support a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment activity and hiring progress; represent Santé at events.
