Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on systems administration experience (Linux and/or Windows Server).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting across systems (SQL, Excel, scripting).
• Proficiency with scripting/automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across systems and apps.
• Solid understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
• Ability to document work clearly and follow structured processes.
• Familiarity with security and access-control principles (RBAC).

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day systems administration across Linux and Windows servers (patching, updates, configuration, monitoring).
• Support data accuracy, reconciliation, cleanup, and reporting across managed platforms.
• Provide application support for enterprise applications, including troubleshooting and access management.
• Assist with automation and scripting to streamline tasks.
• Document procedures, runbooks, and configurations for operational records.
• Collaborate with Lab teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Adhere to security and compliance standards, including RBAC and access governance.
