Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking Systems Analysts I–IV to join a hybrid team across multiple offices (Burlington, Renton, Spokane, Vancouver, Portland, Medford, and more). You will gather requirements, write simple specifications, and partner with developers and end users.

The role requires a degree in CS/Math/Business and 1–8 years of experience, with travel as needed and a focus on healthcare data and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of business or system experience developing requirements for projects where software is created (Systems Analyst I) or equivalent.
• 2 years (II) / 5 years (III) / 8 years (IV) experience progressively.
• Exposure to methodologies and structured analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Read and create simple structured specifications such as use cases and story cards.
• Read and understand design and business models including basic technical understanding.
• Writes SQL queries and reads simple data models.
• Act as liaison between development team and end users to create deliverables.
• Contribute to deliverables including analysis, development with SQL/scripting, quality and validation.
• Provide Level 1 on-call support as needed.
• Manage tasks on smaller work efforts and estimate timelines.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Health Care and Insurance terminology.
• Provide estimates for small tasks as work progresses.
