Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Product Sustaining Engineer to join our Paragon 28 team onsite in Englewood, CO. You will lead design engineering for legacy products, update designs, and support new development projects, using SolidWorks for detailed modeling and documentation.

The role requires a Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering degree and 2–5 years of experience, with strong CAD skills and effective communication. Hybrid work with weekly on-site presence is offered in Englewood, Colorado.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with CAD; SolidWorks preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead design engineering projects for legacy products and future line extensions.
• Use SolidWorks for modeling and detailing P28 implants and instruments.
• Create and manage design history files, DHF, and ECRs.
• Review non-conformances and product complaints; support CAPAs.
• Assist in documentation remediation and validation testing.
