Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Summit, New Jersey, a hybrid role reporting to the Senior Supply Planning Manager. The candidate will manage shipment planning, analytics, and SAP master data while collaborating across management levels to resolve service issues and optimize inventory levels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years in related fields, with strong Excel and SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focused in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in supply chain, planning, or manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills (v-Lookups, Pivot tables) and strong SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare supply chain analysis reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Monitor inventory health against targets and identify slow-moving stock.
• Load planning to optimize shipments considering transport constraints and product prioritization.
• Lead SAP/APO master data setup, including material/product masters and BOMs, ensuring planning value accuracy.
• Map processes, drive operational efficiencies, and document supply chain procedures.
• Manage GMP change control actions during batch records, labeling updates, and new product launches.
