VAA LLC is seeking Structural Technicians to join our Origination, Processing and Manufacturing teams. You will support production of quality drawings and structural designs for a range of projects, guided by engineers and designers in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates bring a certificate in drafting or at least 1 year of related experience, and are eager to learn, grow, and take on responsibilities across the project lifecycle. Hybrid work options available with competitive pay.

Competenze

• Certificate in construction related design/drafting or higher.
• OR at least 1 year of directly related experience.

Mansioni

• Work with Designers and Engineers to produce quality drawings for a variety of project types from concept phase through construction documents.
• Set up plans, sections and details to specified drafting standards.
• Identify redlines on drawings created by others and accurately make required changes.
• Utilize software with increasing efficiency and depth of understanding.
• Undertake increasingly complex design tasks and responsibilities with a commitment to continuous learning and technical development.
