Job summary

HOK is seeking a BIM Coordinator - Structural Engineering in Atlanta, GA to develop and manage structural BIM models in Revit, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule. You will organize and maintain models, review drawings, and ensure accuracy and adherence to HOK standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in BIM for structural systems, Revit proficiency, CAD familiarity, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Building Information Modeling preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of BIM/CAD with engineering focus preferred.
• Revit coursework completed; familiar with drawing aids, modeling, editing, and dimensioning.
• 1–3+ years of BIM experience on structural systems in Revit; LEED credential within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develops, modifies and reviews structural BIM models, plans, and drawings in Revit per standards.
• Organizes and maintains models and documents for multiple projects.
• Collaborates with project team to meet aggressive schedules.
• Checks models for clearances and conflicts; applies best practices.
• Produces drawing charts and implements sustainable design practices.
