The role supports program leaders, cross-functional teams and manages meetings, communications, and events. Ideal candidates are current graduate students with strong attention to detail and SharePoint experience, and are prepared for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Discretion and strong judgement.
• SharePoint administration or development experience is a plus.
• 1-year, full-time (if full-time is not possible, minimum 30 hours per week).
• On-site commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Manage meetings, including scheduling, planning agendas, tracking deliverables and decisions, and following up on action items.
• Facilitate official communications with internal and external recipients via central mailboxes.
• Provide support to Program leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Organize on-site events for System and public participants.
• Support and troubleshoot technology infrastructure, e.g. SharePoint sites.
• Contribute to first-mover efforts within broader cloud-migration efforts.
