Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Coordinate financial projects and process improvements for the Department of Medicine.
• Develop and interpret budgets, forecasts, variance analyses and financial statements.
• Provide senior leadership with scenario models and recommendations on financial performance.
• Support labor and staffing forecasts, including FTE and compensation costs.
• Perform monthly and year-end close processes and ensure proper funds flow.
