Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas seeks an experienced Manager, Credentialing to lead credentialing operations for professional and institutional networks, ensure NCQA, URAC and CMS compliance, and drive quality and efficiency across the credentialing program. This hybrid/onsite role resides in Kansas or Missouri, with travel 0–10%.

Requires a high school diploma or higher and 5+ years in healthcare credentialing, plus 3 years in leadership.

Formación

• Experience in credentialing with a focus on NCQA/URAC and CMS compliance.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and performance management abilities.
• Knowledge of provider networks, enrollment, and delegated credentialing is preferred.
