Job summary

Insero & Co. CPAs, LLP in Rochester, NY is offering a Summer 2027 Business Analyst Internship. The paid internship pays $30 per hour and supports our Strategic Advisory Services practice.

Candidates are undergraduate juniors/seniors or first-year MBA, returning to school. You will gather primary and secondary data, analyze information, and assist in due diligence processes, with mentorship and a hybrid office/home environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in 3rd year or senior year or first-year MBA; must be returning to school.
• Strong verbal and written communication and good organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to interact with senior and middle management and demonstrate strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather primary-source information from phone interviews with business executives.
• Gather secondary-source information from a variety of sources.
• Analyze information and produce qualitative summaries to guide clients in making investment decisions.
• Learn about private equity and corporate due diligence processes.
