You will lead cross-functional efforts, develop comprehensive project plans, and partner with clinical and executive stakeholders to optimize patient access and care delivery.

You will analyze operational and financial data, facilitate governance, and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience within healthcare operations or related environments.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical experience using operational and financial data for decision-making.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects focusing on strategic access, capacity planning, capital initiatives and operational transformation.
• Develop and manage project plans with scope, timelines, milestones, risks and resources.
• Partner with clinical, operational, administrative, and executive stakeholders to define objectives.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate governance meetings, provide status updates, and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Coordinate implementation, monitor progress, and drive accountability for deliverables.
